    Schedule Update

    Just a quick update on the schedule for your reference:
    Friday      4:30pm to 5:30pm
    Saturday  8am to 9am
    Sunday     9am to 10am

    Some of our recently qualified Aerial Yoga® teachers helping us out with some of the classes. We would appreciate any feedback that you may have regarding any of the instructors, this includes Carly and I. Without this positive and constructive feedback one cannot grow and become a better instructor.

    We have Aerial Yoga® hammocks in stock and they are R1500. Each hammock includes the karabiners, daisy chain, the fabric and care instructions. Please contact us should you wish to purchase one, we have a variety of colours to choose from.
